Lee Hayes Bradford

Lee Hayes Bradford has a strong background in training and operations in the property management industry. Lee is currently the President of Property Management at DHI Communities, Inc., a division of D.R. Horton, where they lead the newly formed property management division. Prior to this, Lee served as the VP of Operations and Training at LMC Living, a Lennar Company, where they were responsible for designing and delivering training and software solutions for luxury rental communities. Lee also held senior management roles in operations training and education at Greystar, as well as director positions at Ginkgo Residential, Colonial Properties Trust, and Summit Properties.

Lee Hayes Bradford holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Old Dominion University. Additionally, Bradford has obtained a Certificate in Workforce Training and Development and is a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance Certification, which were granted by the Association for Talent Development (ATD).
