Patrick Bryson

Patrick Bryson is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in land acquisition and financial analysis. Currently serving as the Director of Land Acquisition at D.R. Horton since September 2019, Patrick has progressed through various roles within the company, demonstrating expertise in managing land acquisition projects. Prior to this, Patrick worked as an Acquisitions Analyst at PGIM Real Estate, where management of a $1 billion investment portfolio was a key responsibility. Experience also includes a role as a Real Estate Finance Analyst at Sym Heller Development & Management, contributing to construction budgeting and financial forecasting. Earlier career positions include Financial Analyst at Jet Aviation, focusing on operational and financial analysis, and Information Technology Specialist at ESS. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing from Seton Hall University, obtained in 2017.
