Rob Schlegel

Rob Schlegel is an experienced land development professional with a progressive career spanning over three decades in the construction and real estate sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Land Development for D.R. Horton and also holding the position of Director of Land Development at Century Communities Central Valley since August 2020, Rob has previously excelled at Lennar as an Assistant Land Manager and at KB Home and Centex Homes as a Land Development Manager. Early career experience includes roles as an Estimator at Kern Asphalt and Sealing Co. Inc. and Graham Concrete, as well as a Vice President at Wilmoth Schlegel Construction. Rob's expertise encompasses managing site work for both commercial and residential projects, contributing to the successful execution of numerous developments.
