Amanda Spencer

Amanda Spencer is an accomplished professional in land development, currently serving as the Director of Land Development at Verdantas since April 2020. Prior to this role, Amanda has had a noteworthy career at Hull & Associates, Inc. since April 2012, advancing through positions such as Senior Project Manager/Associate, Project Manager/Associate, and Director of Land Development. Amanda also contributed to Jobes Henderson & Associates, Inc. as a Project Manager and Civil Designer during the same timeframe. Amanda's career began at EMH&T as a Senior AutoCAD Technician from October 2003 to April 2012, and earlier experience includes work as Reappraisal Staff at the Licking County Auditor's Office. Amanda holds an Associate's Degree in Drafting & Design from Central Ohio Technical College, completed between 2000 and 2003, and graduated from Newark High School in 2000.
