Xavier Garcia is a seasoned professional in the construction and real estate industry with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Recruiter at AMMD since January 2022, Xavier has previously held positions such as Development Manager at Alliance Residential Company and COO/Corporate Support at AMMD. With a solid foundation in project management, Xavier was VP of Project Management & Construction at American Campus Communities and worked at JPI Companies as Estimator & Superintendent. A graduate of Texas A&M University, Xavier earned a BS in Construction Science from 1991 to 1995.
