Ivo Klett

Ivo Klett is an experienced professional in customer success and IT management, currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at d.vinci Recruitinglösungen since October 2006. Ivo has a background in leading customer service and application development teams, with a focus on client consultation, effort estimation, and the implementation of requirements related to web applications in human resources, particularly in software reporting.
