Brandon Borah

Brandon Borah currently serves as the Director of Real Estate Development at D1 TRAINING, a position held since December 2023. Prior to this role, Brandon worked as the Development Acquisitions Manager at Trinitas Ventures from August 2022 to December 2023, focusing on building a deal pipeline for Built-to-Rent and Multifamily Housing across the Midwest, Southeast, and University Apartments nationwide. Previous experience includes positions at F45 Training as Leasing Director, Thompson Thrift as Vice President of Land Acquisitions for the Midwest Region, and various roles in leasing and retail at Simon Property Group. Brandon holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Financial Analysis (Cum Laude) from Ball State University, obtained in 2010.
