Adam Kazmark

Adam Kazmark has had an extensive career in various industries. Adam began their professional career in 1997 as an F-16 Avionics Systems Specialist in the United States Air Force. In 2001, they joined Discover Financial Services as a Senior Account Manager. In 2003, they moved to USAA as a P&C Policy Services Representative, where they were licensed in Property & Casualty in all states. From 2005 to 2015, they worked at P & B Capital Group, LLC in various roles such as Legal Outsourcing Director of Operations, Non-performing Judgment Recovery Director of Operations, and Collections Team Leader/Manager. In 2018, they joined D1AL as Managing Partner/COO, where they were responsible for an all-in-one voice broadcasting solution. Lastly, in 2015 they became the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner of Recovery Management Solutions LLC, which specializes in the debt collection of unpaid receivables.

Adam Kazmark has a diverse educational background. Adam began their studies in 1997 when they joined the United States Air Force, where they served in active duty military and obtained a Certified F-16 Avionics Technician from the USAF F-16 Avionics & Flight Control Systems Technical School. In 2001, they continued their studies at Arizona State University, where they obtained a BBA in Business Statistics in 2004. In addition, Adam has obtained three certifications: SOC Type ll from Brock, Schechter & Polakoff, LLP in August 2022, RMAi Certified Receivables Business (CRB) from Receivables Management Association International in July 2020, and Certified Veteran Owned Small Business VOSB from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs in September 2019.
