Yuan Wei, P.Eng., M.A.Sc.

Yuan Wei, P.Eng., M.A.Sc., has gained a diverse range of work experience over the years. Starting from 2021, Yuan Wei worked as a Financial Engineer and later got promoted to an Associate Financial Engineer at d1g1t Inc. before the present time. Prior to that, from 2019 to 2021, they engaged in self-learning through Coursera and Udacity.

Before their time at d1g1t Inc., Yuan Wei worked as a Mechanical Engineer at H.H. Angus & Associates Ltd. from 2015 to 2019. Yuan also pursued higher education at the University of Toronto, where they were a M.A.Sc. Student from 2012 to 2015.

During their earlier years, Yuan Wei gained research experience as a Research Assistant at Queen's University. Yuan held this role in 2011, 2010, and 2009 respectively.

Yuan Wei, P.Eng., M.A.Sc., completed a Master of Applied Science (M.A.Sc.) degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Microfluidics at the University of Toronto. This academic pursuit took place from 2012 to 2015. Prior to their master's degree, Yuan Wei obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Engineering Physics, with a focus on Materials Option, from Queen's University. Yuan attended Queen's University from 2008 to 2012. In addition, Yuan Wei has acquired the Professional Engineer certification from the Professional Engineers Ontario in April 2019.
