Ignacio Aycaguer

Ignacio Aycaguer is a dedicated Partner and Organizational Development Leader at D2B, where they focus on transitioning the company from a start-up to a multinational organization by leading initiatives in Strategy, Organizational Development, and Human Resources. Prior to this role, Ignacio worked as an Organizational Development Coordinator at BNP Paribas Cardif, contributing on both national and Latin American levels. They also gained experience as a Consultant at Gudcompany, enhancing organizational strategies. Ignacio holds a Master of Science in Strategy & Organizations from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
