Astrid Spain

Astrid Spain is a Chief Legal Officer & Corporate Secretary at D2G Oncology since March 2021. Prior to this role, Astrid was a Partner at Jones Day from November 2010 to March 2021 and at McDermott Will & Emery from March 2003 to November 2010. Astrid began their legal career as an Associate at Campbell and Flores LLP from 1999 to 2003. Astrid holds a J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, earned between 1994 and 1997, a M.A. in Cellular, Molecular and Developmental Biology from UCLA between 1990 and 1993, and a B.S. in Biology from the University of California, Riverside, from 1986 to 1990.
