Matthew Hicks has a comprehensive background in engineering design within the automotive and motorsport industries. With experience in companies such as D2H Advanced Technologies, Wirth Research, Prodrive, Renault F1 Team, Arrows Grand Prix, and Reynard Motorsport, Matthew has held various roles from Design Engineer to Engineering Director. Matthew's expertise includes mechanical and composite design, Finite Element Analysis, design for manufacture, and project leadership in aerodynamic research and development. Matthew holds a BSc in Independent Study focused on Racing Car Design & Development from the University of East London.
