Dhruv Parmar

Dhruv Parmar has a diverse work experience. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Technical Intern at Accion Labs. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Software Quality Assurance Specialist at Global Cloud Xchange. From 2018 to present, they have been working as a Director of Technical Operations and Network Administrator at D3 Unified Communications. In their role as Director of Technical Operations, they are responsible for ensuring the day-to-day operation, reliability, and integrity of D3UC’s proprietary, white-labeled Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) platform. Dhruv also supervises the planning and implementation of all UCaaS devices and trains MSP’s on all aspects of the D3UC platform. In their role as Network Administrator, they resolve Tier 2 and Tire 3 technical issues for MSP’s.

Dhruv Parmar has an education history beginning with their attendance at Ryan International School from 2005 to 2010. Dhruv then attended Pennsylvania State University-Penn State York, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Information Sciences Technology from 2012 to 2015. Finally, they completed a Master in Information Systems at the New Jersey Institute of Technology from 2016 to 2018.
