Elya Chiechienieva

Elya Chiechienieva is a seasoned professional in venture capital and entrepreneurship, currently serving as a Partner at D3 Venture Capital Firm and Co-Founder of UFTM. Previous experience includes roles as Principal and Investment Manager at TA Ventures, and a founder and CEO position at INTEGRA, an online insurance service. Additional expertise is demonstrated through positions at L'Oréal and Vizeum as an E-commerce Project Specialist and Client Finance Manager, respectively. Elya is also actively pursuing further education at London Business School, building on a Master's degree in Management of Organizations and Administration from Donetsk National Technical University.
