Neil Gardiner currently serves as the Head Of Supply Chain Management at D3O, focusing on the development of the global supply chain, procurement in Asia, new product delivery, and optimizing stock levels to enhance customer service and support business growth. Previously, Neil held the position of Head Of Supply Chain & Purchasing at Everest Ltd, where transformations in Procurement and Supply Chain functions were implemented. Neil spent over a decade at ACCO Brands, advancing through roles that included Director of European Procurement, Global Sourcing Director, and European Supply Chain & Procurement Manager, overseeing sourcing strategies, logistics, and supply chain operations. Neil's educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Sheffield and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from University Centre Peterborough, complemented by professional training from CIPS.
