Catarina Costa

Catarina Costa has extensive experience in people management and human resources, currently serving as People Management Manager at D8 Solutions since June 2019. Prior to this role, Catarina worked as Técnica de Formação e de Recursos Humanos at Produtiva - Fábrica de Competências e Ideias, Lda from January 2014 to May 2019, and as an Estagiária Curricular at Casa do Povo de Fermentões – Gabinete de Atendimento e Acompanhamento Social Medida RSI from October 2013 to August 2014. Catarina holds a Master's degree in Education with a specialization in Educational Mediation and Supervision of Training from Universidade do Minho, obtained between 2012 and 2014, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Education from the same university, completed in 2012. Additionally, Catarina has a Postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management from TWOFOLD Lda., completed in 2016.
