Magdalena Szymczyk

Magdalena Szymczyk is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in language services and customer support. Since January 2019, Magdalena has served as the Recruitment Training Manager at Language-Voice while also working as a freelance interpreter for Clear Communications Interpreting Service and DA Languages. Additionally, Magdalena has held the role of Passenger Service Agent at Cobalt Ground Solutions Ltd since October 2017. Prior experience includes a position as Jewellery Consultant at The TJX Companies, Inc. from January 2015 to October 2017, and as a Passenger and Crew Handling Agent at Lodz Airport Central Poland from April 2014 to January 2015. Magdalena holds a Diploma in Public Service Interpreting from the Chartered Institute of Linguists and a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from the University of West London, complemented by a Certificate in Working with Translations from Cardiff University.
