Bernard Guay

Bernard Guay is currently an advisor at Daanaa Resolution. Bernard has over 25 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, specializing in wireless, optical, and wireline communication systems. Bernard has also worked on SoC products and IP.

Guay started their career as a mixed-signal designer at Nortel and then moved to PMC-Sierra, where they eventually became VP of Product Development for the Broadband Wireless Division. In 2016, they joined MaxLinear as Managing VP.

Most recently, Guay has been working as an independent consultant, providing their expertise to various companies in the semiconductor industry. Bernard has also been involved in advising on M&A transactions and Private Equity investments.
