Gherghe Mihai Ciprian is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in after-sales management and automation engineering. Currently serving as After Sales Manager at DAAS - EPTA ROMANIA since February 2014, and as After Sales Director for DAAS International Group since February 2011, Gherghe has developed and implemented effective service procedures, coordinated human resources, and maintained strong customer relations. Previous roles include After Service Retail Director and Area Service Manager, where Gherghe excelled in managing service teams and supporting technical field operations. Earlier experience as Service Manager at TECHNOELECTRIC SRL involved overseeing service department activities and executing large-scale automation projects for major retail clients in Romania and abroad. Gherghe Mihai Ciprian holds an Engineer's Degree in Electrical Engineering from The Polytechnics University of Bucharest.
