Stephanie Ross Leshney

Stephanie Ross Leshney is a cosmetics and personal care ingredient expert with over 20 years of experience in the industry. Stephanie began their career in 1997 as President and CEO of Ross Organic, an Azelis Company. In 2019, they became President and CEO of Dabble & Dollop, a West Coast supplier of organic and specialty ingredients. In this role, they created a "Kids Science Day" program which allowed children aged 5-15 to mix their own shampoos, lotions, and bubble baths. Stephanie also supports several STEAM based non-profits and creates opportunities particularly for young women in science.

Stephanie Ross Leshney earned their BA in Communication & Spanish from The University of Tulsa in 1997. Stephanie is currently enrolled in the YPO Presidents Program at Harvard Business School Executive Education.
