Vladimir Kokurkin

Vladimir Kokurkin has over 13 years of work experience. In 2021, they founded both DabHand and Stealth Startup. In 2020, they founded MEXSY MedBrain. From 2018 to 2020, they were the Executive Head at Foundation for New Forms of Education Development (FNFRO). From 2015 to 2018, they were the Founder and CEO of MEXSY -Meta Expert systems, and the Director of Business Development at High Tech Business Solutions (HTBS). In 2014, they founded Financial Cost Optimization. In 2011, they were an Advisor at NEMO TV. In 2010, they founded UnitekPro. From 2008 to 2010, they were the Regional Director at MTK Telecom.

Vladimir Kokurkin obtained a Master's degree in Management from the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration between 1997 and 2002. Vladimir then obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the Ural Academy of Public Administration between 2006 and 2008. From 2017 to 2019, they attended Internet Technology University to become an AI consultant with Java and Python. Vladimir also obtained a Master's degree in Cross-cultural psychology from Moscow State University of Psychology and Education (MSUPE) during this same time period.
