Rahul Grover is an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with a strong background in leading recruitment operations across various industries. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Dabur India Limited since January 2024, Rahul focuses on sourcing top talent for commercial functions and has successfully filled leadership roles nationally. Previously, as Manager of Talent Acquisition at Haldiram Snacks Pvt. Ltd., Rahul partnered with executive leadership to redefine organizational structures. Having spent over 15 years at Dabur India Limited in various HR roles, Rahul has managed end-to-end recruitment, onboarding programs, and stakeholder relationship management across multiple functions, from sales to corporate HR.
