Kaitlin Smith has extensive experience in digital marketing and client services, currently serving as Vice President of Client Services at DAC since April 2014. Previously, Kaitlin held various roles at Digitas North America from January 2010 to April 2014, including Manager of Search Marketing, where responsibilities included leading the New York SEO team and developing digital strategies for clients such as Aetna and Hillshire Farm. Kaitlin began the career as an SEO Analyst and received the Media department’s 2010 Productivity Award. Earlier experience includes an internship at PepsiCo, focused on IT project management and environmental initiatives. Kaitlin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Management Information Systems from Villanova University.
