Katherine Swihart

Katherine Swihart, MBA, currently serves as the Electronic Records Manager for Epicor at DAC International Inc. since April 2023, where responsibilities include managing the Electronic Records System, designing Business Activity Queries (BAQs), overseeing security and user management of the ERP system, conducting hardware audits, and managing Google account users. Prior to this role, Katherine worked as a Customer Technical Support representative at Invoca from August 2019 to April 2022, providing technical assistance to customers via phone and email. Katherine holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Antioch University and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from California State University Channel Islands.
