Lucia Ispizua is a skilled data professional with experience spanning various roles in data management and analysis. Currently serving as a Data Specialist at Dack since March 2024, Lucia focuses on generating detailed reports and ensuring data accuracy through collaboration. Previously, in a Data Visualization Internship at Wheel the World, Lucia created dashboards that provided impactful insights by exploring diverse datasets. At Nexton, Lucia held the role of Happiness Specialist, where responsibilities included developing strategic budgets and implementing a well-being dashboard to enhance employee satisfaction. As a Happiness Intern, Lucia organized team-building activities to cultivate a positive work environment. Starting their career as a Customer Support Specialist at Ayunizate, Lucia has also pursued education in data analytics and Power BI, alongside ongoing studies in orchestral direction at Universidad Nacional de La Plata.
