Armand Souliere is a seasoned professional in the construction industry with extensive experience since 1981. As the Owner of Dacon Corporation and Vice President/Principal at Dacon since June 1989, Armand oversees general operations and leads all preconstruction activities, including architecture, engineering, and estimating. Prior to this role, Armand served as a Project Planner at Carlson from June 1981 to June 1989. Armand holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering (MSCE) and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE) from Northeastern University, completing the master's degree in 1981 and the bachelor's degree in 1976.
