David M. has a diverse work experience in the field of technology services. David is currently working as the SR VP of Technology Services at Dacotah Bank since January 2023. Prior to that, they were the Senior Director of Information Technology & Security at SAB Biotherapeutics from December 2021 to December 2022. David also worked at Dakota State University in various roles, including CIO/CISO, Interim CIO/CISO, Manager of Security and Systems Operations, and Security Engineer from 2016 to 2021. Before joining Dakota State University, David worked as a Technology Engineer for the State of South Dakota from 2013 to 2016.
