Kalin Stoyanov has extensive work experience, with roles in various companies and industries. In 2009, they started as a Credit Portfolio Analyst at Raiffeisen Bank - Bulgaria before moving on to a Marketing Intern position at Address Real Estate. In 2010, they worked at Lufthansa Technik Sofia as a Lean Production and Project Leader. From 2012 to 2013, they worked in Business Operations and Improvement at Airbus Group. In 2014, Kalin joined Rolls-Royce, where they held several roles, including Sales Coordination Manager, Integrated Project Team Leader, and Supply Chain Planning and Control Graduate Leadership Programme. Kalin then worked as an International Partnerships and Technology Transfer at Sofia Tech Park JSC from July to September 2019. In 2020, they became an Advisor to Executive Board and a Business Development Manager at Sofia Tech Park JSC and Daedalean AI, respectively. Recently, in 2021, Kalin became a Partner at aquariusx.

Kalin Stoyanov's education history begins in 2006 when they enrolled at Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski. They completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General in 2010. In 2008, they participated in an Erasmus exchange program at the University of Applied Sciences Worms, focusing on International Management.

In 2011, Kalin pursued a Master's degree at the Technical University of Munich, specializing in Transport and Logistics. They completed their studies in 2013, acquiring a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree.

Continuing with their education, Kalin attended INSEAD in 2018 and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in 2019.

In terms of additional certifications, Kalin obtained the SAP Certified Application Associate - Portfolio and Project Management from the Association for Project Management in February 2016. They also earned the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) certification from Rolls-Royce in March 2015.
