Ellen Kuppens

Ellen Kuppens currently serves as the Interim Manager for Talent & Organization at ORO and is a Member of the Supervisory Board at both Stichting Land van Horne - Thuis in zorg and Daelzicht, the latter being a health care organization supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities. Previous experience includes a role as HR Strategy & Transformation Lead at ASML, and significant leadership positions at DSM, where Ellen Kuppens was involved in various HR operations, strategy development, and transformations over a period spanning from 1997 to 2020. Additional prior experience includes a position at Guyra International, rapidly advancing from Employee to Head of Service. Educational credentials include an Executive Program in Human Resources from the University of Michigan, Marketing from NIMA, and a Master's in Health Science with a focus on Epidemiology from Radboud Universiteit Nijmegen.
