Rodrigo Dieguez Pereira

Rodrigo Dieguez Pereira is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in IT and software engineering. Currently serving as the Global Director of IT at Dafiti since October 2023, Rodrigo previously held the position of Global Director of Software Engineering at DIA Group, where efforts focused on establishing a new Digital Tech office. Prior to that, Rodrigo contributed significantly to PagSeguro PagBank as a Software Engineering Senior Manager for Digital Payments, overseeing a large team of nearly 500 individuals. Rodrigo's early career includes leadership roles in technology at Icomm Group and Magazine Luiza, where contributions spanned from team leadership to product ownership. A graduate in Information Systems from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho, Rodrigo also completed executive education in Business Administration at Stanford University.
