Benny Sahputra has a diverse work experience starting from their current role as B2B Sales Lead at Dagangan since February 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Regional Head at Warung Pintar from January 2021 to January 2022. Benny also founded their own business as a Founder from June 2020 to January 2021. Before that, Benny held various roles at PT HM Sampoerna Tbk. starting from 2011, including Regional Retail Analyst, Regional Marketing Executive, Area Marketing Executive, Supervisor Area Marketing Event, and Supervisor Area Marketing Trade. Benny also worked as a Product Specialist Wafer Tango at PT. Ultra Prima Abadi from January 2010 to January 2011.

Benny Sahputra obtained their Bachelor's degree in Linguistics from Unika Soegijapranata Semarang, which they attended from 2004 to 2009.
