Naeema Mascarenhas

Naeema Mascarenhas is a Senior Consultant at Daggerwing Group, a leading global change consultancy, since November 2019, where focus is on effective change management for Fortune 500 firms. Prior to this position, Naeema served on the Board of Directors for Agincourt Community Services Association from June 2014 to May 2021, including roles as Vice Chair and Chair of the Nominations & Board Development Committee. Naeema's experience also includes significant contributions at Cancer Care Ontario in corporate strategy and performance management from November 2015 to August 2019. Earlier roles at Kinark Child and Family Services and several health units involved program evaluation and research. Naeema holds a Master of Public Health from Queen's University and additional qualifications in project management from the University of Toronto.
