Nikita Lalji

Nikita Lalji is a Managing Consultant at Daggerwing Group, where experience spans from Junior Associate to Managing Consultant since June 2019, contributing to a top-rated global leader in communications and change management consulting. Prior to Daggerwing Group, Nikita served as a Business Development Consultant at Strengthscope® from July 2018 to June 2019, focusing on new business development and implementing strengths-based initiatives for leadership and organizational change. Earlier roles include Technical Specialist and Organizational Development Analyst at Apple, and Learning Technologist at the University of Leicester. Nikita holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from City, University of London, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Leicester.
