Heidi Hänninen

Heidi Hänninen is currently the HR Lead at Dagmar since January 2019. Prior to this role, she worked at VTT from February 2016 to December 2018 as a Senior Specialist in HRD and Wellbeing. Before VTT, Heidi was a HRD Specialist at Stockmann from November 2008 to September 2015. She started her career as a Training Coordinator at Otava-Kuvalehdet Oy/Otava Books and Magazines Group Ltd from May 2005 to October 2008. Heidi earned her M.Sc. in Management from Aalto University School of Economics in 2016. She also holds a degree in HRD specialist from Helia in 2008 and a BBA in International Business to Business Marketing from Laurea Polytechnic in 2005.
