Deepa Gandhi began their career in 2007 as an Equity Sales Trader and Analyst at Lehman Brothers. In 2008, they moved to Club Monaco where they held three roles over the course of five years, including Senior Merchandise Planner for Women's Apparel, Merchandise Planner for Women's Tops and Skirts, and Associate Merchandise Planner for Women's and Men's. In 2012, they became the Founder and COO of Dagne Dover, where they were responsible for the brand launch in 2013 and managing day-to-day operations including product development and merchandising, supply chain management, customer experience, fundraising and investor relations, budgeting and inventory management, sourcing and production.
Deepa Gandhi completed their MBA at The Wharton School from 2011 to 2013, majoring in Marketing and Operations and Entrepreneurial Management. Prior to that, they obtained their BA from The Johns Hopkins University from 2003 to 2007, majoring in International Studies, Entrepreneurship, and Management.
