Desirée Breel

Desirée Breel has a diverse work experience, primarily in the field of human resources and leadership roles. Desirée is currently the HR chef - Head Of Human Resources at Dagrofa Foodservice, where they are responsible for HR and communication. Desirée is also a Board Member at Prima frugt A/S and Grøn Fokus ApS. Previously, they have held roles such as HR chef - Head of HR MENY and Interim Marketingchef - MENY at Dagrofa, Senior HR Manager at Circle K Europe, and Business Project Manager at Statoil Fuel & Retail A/S. Desirée has also worked in various HR and marketing roles at Statoil A/S and Nykredit Realkredit A/S. Desirée Breel started their career as an Internetkonsulent at Nykredit in 2003.

Desirée Breel attended Copenhagen Business School from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a degree in HD with a focus on Marketing & Economy. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2006, they received the SHL Cognitive test certification from SHL. In 2010, they completed the MBTI Myers-Briggs Type Indicator training program from the MBTI Business Training Institute. In 2016, they obtained the GIA and PPA (DISC) certifications from Thomas International. Furthermore, in 2022, they acquired the People Test Logic (PTL) and People Test Person (PTP) certifications from People Test Systems A/S. Lastly, in 2023, they became a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner through training provided by Silfra.
