Henriette Refdahl

Henriette Refdahl currently serves as HR Chef for Dagrofa ApS, overseeing HR responsibilities for over 400 independent retailers within the SPAR, Min Købmand, and Let-Køb chains since December 2019, with a focus on talent development and creating attractive career paths.
