Grace Billones

Grace Billones has extensive work experience in customer service and talent acquisition. Grace is currently employed at Dahl Consulting as a Talent Acquisition specialist, where they source resumes, conducts phone interviews, and sets up interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Prior to this, Grace worked at Transcom as a Customer Service Representative, where they handled customer concerns, identified hardware and software issues, and resolved network problems. Grace also gained customer service experience at TTEC, Sitel, and kgb.

Grace Billones attended Adamson University from 1995 to 1999, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
