Kevin Keenan

Kevin Keenan has extensive experience in talent acquisition and executive recruiting, currently serving as Director of Executive Recruiting and Principal Executive Recruiter at Rivian since February 2021, where responsibilities include full life cycle leadership recruiting for corporate functions and special projects. Prior to Rivian, Kevin held roles as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at YETI and Vice President of Talent at TicketManager, overseeing recruiting strategies and team management. Kevin's earlier experience includes executive recruiting leadership positions at Workday and Yahoo!, focusing on diverse functions and team management in high-stakes environments. Kevin earned a Bachelor's degree in Law and Society from UC Santa Barbara in 1995.
