Lexy then worked as an Advertising Specialist at the Health Communication Research Center, where they managed the organization's website and social networking platforms. In 2010, they became the Marketing Director at Ozark Fitness Center Inc., where they provided leadership in marketing, strategic planning, and social media. Lexy later joined OrigAudio as a Marketing Communications Coordinator, responsible for creating and executing PR and communication plans, cultivating media relationships, and managing social media platforms. In 2014, they became the VP of Business Development at Hip Shift, Corp. and a Personal Trainer at Orangetheory Fitness. Since 2015, they have been working at Dahl Consulting, where they have held various roles including Senior Recruiter and Client Services Manager, Recruiting Lead, and Recruiting Manager - Information Technology. In these roles, they managed teams, developed recruitment strategies, and worked closely with clients to meet their hiring needs.
