Haymann Maysaung has over ten years of work experience in various roles across different companies.

Starting in 2008, Haymann worked as an Exam Invigilator at the British Council for seven months.

From 2010 to 2011, Haymann worked as an IT Tutor at the University of Nottingham.

In 2011, Haymann joined M.Ko as an Operations Manager and stayed with the company until 2015.

Following this, Haymann worked as an Operations Expert at Telenor Myanmar and Wave Money in 2015.

In 2016, Haymann became a Senior Staff in MPT Money at MPT and held the position until 2018.

From 2018 to 2019, Haymann worked as an Operations Manager for Mobile Money at Ooredoo Myanmar.

Haymann Maysaung completed a Master's degree in Management of Information Technology from the University of Nottingham from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computing and Information Systems from London Metropolitan University, where they studied from 2005 to 2008. Haymann also holds a Bachelor's degree in English from Yangon University of Foreign Languages, which they obtained from 2004 to 2008.

In terms of additional certifications, Haymann Maysaung has obtained several certifications. Haymann became an Associate of Life Management Institute (ALMI) from LOMA in March 2023. In December 2022, they received a Certificate in Customer Experience Essentials from LOMA. Haymann also completed FLMI Level 1: Insurance Fundamentals from LOMA in August 2022.
