Mary Saw

Mary Saw has a diverse work experience in various HR roles. Mary was the HR & Admin Manager at Dai-ichi Life Insurance Myanmar since July 2020. Prior to that, they worked as an HRBP Manager at ZTE Corporation from March 2018 to June 2020, where they developed HR objectives and policies aligned with company goals. Mary also worked at Telenor as an Assistant Manager, HR Business Partner for the Technology Group from October 2017 to February 2018, where they focused on performance management, engagement, and retention programs. Mary also served as a Senior Officer, HR Generalist/HRBP Coordinator and an Officer, Learning and Development at Telenor. Additionally, they worked as a Marketing Officer at the Office of Commercial Affairs, Royal Thai Embassy from June 2012 to December 2013, where they organized exhibitions and provided market research.

Mary Saw attended No.2, Basic Education High School, Aung San Thuriya Hla Thaung, Mingalardon from 2005 to 2007. Mary did not obtain a degree or specialize in any field of study at this school.

From 2007 to 2011, Mary Saw pursued a Bachelor of Computer Science degree at the University of Computer Studies, Yangon. Mary'sfield of study during this period was Computer Science.

In addition to their formal education, Mary Saw obtained a certification in Human Resources Management from The Institute of Commercial Management in December 2017.
