Oanh Do has extensive experience in customer service management within the insurance sector, currently serving as the Customer Service Support Manager at Dai-ichi-life Vietnam since November 2022. Previously, Oanh held the position of Assistant Manager for Customer Relationship Management at FWD Insurance, managing an outbound call center team and overseeing recruitment, training, and performance analysis. Prior roles include Customer Service Senior Supervisor at Generali Vietnam Life Insurance, where Oanh managed a team across multiple offices, and Project Management Assistant at Vingroup. Early career positions included customer service roles at Liberty Mutual Insurance and Prudential Vietnam Assurance Private Ltd. Oanh holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Economics and Laws and has received certifications from LOMA, including the Associate Customer Service (ACS) and ALMI Certificate.
