Adebola Odubitan, BSc. ACIPM, is a seasoned human resource professional with extensive experience in managing HR operations for large-scale projects. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resource Officer for the USAID State2State Project at DAI since January 2022, Adebola oversees HR functions across six states in Nigeria, implementing USAID recruitment procedures, employee relations, and exit management. Prior to this role, Adebola worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for the same project at Meristem Nigeria and as a Talent Acquisition Partner at ICS Outsourcing, where responsibilities included managing hiring processes and employee relations. Adebola's career began as a Customer Service Representative, progressing to a People Manager, and later as a Relationship Manager at Rebecca Foundation, focusing on beneficiary support and policy representation. Adebola holds a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from Obafemi Awolowo University.
