Amer Cekic

Amer Cekic is a seasoned professional in monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) with extensive experience across various organizations, including DAI, Integra Government Services International, LLC, and Save the Children International. Currently serving as a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning/Crosscutting Specialist at DAI, Amer Cekic leads MEL components of the USAID Fiscal Reform Activity, focusing on results-driven data collection and continuous learning. Previous roles include Data Visualization Specialist for USAID projects and Balkans Researcher at ACLED, contributing to the understanding of political violence in the Balkans. Holding a Master’s degree in Political Science and Integration from Paris Lodron Universität Salzburg and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Diplomacy from the University of Sarajevo, Amer Cekic possesses a strong academic foundation to complement practical expertise in MEL systems and data analysis.
