Arbisa Shefkiu

Arbisa Shefkiu is an experienced professional in education, communication, and project coordination, currently serving as a Member of CIVICUS: World Alliance for Citizen Participation and as Program Coordinator and Education Lead at the School Sport Federation of the Republic of Kosovo. Arbisa leads the Sport in Schools program to integrate sports into pre-university education and has developed frameworks that emphasize teamwork and resilience. As a Consultant Communication Officer at DAI, Arbisa specializes in communication strategies tied to the Kosovo Education Strategic Plan. Prior roles include Project Coordinator and Lead Researcher at EdGuard Institute, where research initiatives aimed at enhancing education policy took center stage, and a member of the Evaluation Commission for the State Quality Council of Kosovo. Additionally, Arbisa has a strong background in journalism, having served as a Television Presenter, Investigative Journalist, and Co-Founder of the educational initiative Ndryshe. Arbisa holds a Master of Arts in Management and Marketing from Kolegji Riinvest and a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication/Journalism from AAB College.
