Douglas White is a strategic leader in global cybersecurity and capacity building, with a proven track record in business development and strategy execution. They served as Chief Partnership Officer at the Global Business School Network, where they led business development initiatives and secured partnerships to enhance organizational growth. As the founder of the Polina White Memorial Foundation, Douglas focuses on supporting mental health and substance abuse recovery for under-resourced young women. Currently, as the Technical Director for the USAID Cybersecurity for Critical Infrastructure Ukraine project, they enhance Ukraine's digital resilience by integrating U.S. cybersecurity standards and fostering international collaboration. Douglas holds an MBA from the RH Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland and a BA in Liberal Arts with a minor in Russian from the University of Pittsburgh.
