Nelly Micho

Nelly Micho, M.A, currently serves as the County Coordinator for USAID STAWI at DAI, focusing on water governance and service delivery. Previously, Nelly worked as a County Resident Monitor at the Water Sector Trust Fund, where successful proposals led to over KES 100,000,000 in funding for water and sanitation projects. Nelly has also held roles such as Operational Site Coordinator at Abt Associates, where an M&E framework was developed, and Research Consultant at Big Five Africa, contributing to impactful investment proposals in the WASH sector. While at Development Innovations Group, business plans and project proposals resulted in significant financial benefits for a water company. Nelly holds a Master’s Degree in Project Planning and Management from the University of Nairobi, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, along with a Diploma in Community Development from Moi University.
