Righteousness El-Berith

Righteousness El-Berith M.S. is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in program management and community outreach. Currently serving as the Founder of Righteousness Café since January 2025, a Christian coffee shop focused on providing a quality coffee experience, Righteousness also works as a Project Associate at DAI, coordinating administrative project activities across North and West Africa. Previous roles include Program Manager at GRA Mission Squad and The George Washington University, and Program Director at Family Development & Samaritan Foundation, where Righteousness coordinated outreach programs benefiting communities in the DMV area and multiple countries. With a strong educational background, including a Master of Science in Negotiations and Conflict Management from the University of Baltimore and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Howard University, Righteousness also has experience in crisis intervention and advocacy within community and collegiate recovery settings.
