Susmita Sharma

Susmita Sharma is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning within the development sector. Currently serving as the Cross-Cutting Component Lead for the Nepal Renewable Energy Programme at DAI NREP since March 2019, Susmita also holds the title of Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist for the same program. Previous roles include Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning Manager at Catholic Relief Services, Monitoring, Evaluation and Knowledge Management Officer at Folkekirkens Nødhjælp, and various positions at The Lutheran World Federation and INSEC Nepal. Susmita's academic background includes a Bachelor of Laws from Nepal Law Campus, and master’s degrees in Sociology and Anthropology and Environmental Science from Trichandra Multiple Campus and Tribhuwan Central Campus, respectively.
